The organizer invites other members to participate and agrees to pay for all transactions initiated by family members. The organizer`s payment method is used to pay for each transaction initiated by a family member (unless the family member`s account has a shop credit that is always used first). Family members act as representatives of the organizer when the organizer`s payment method is used. The Organizer agrees to pay (1) for such transactions and (2) that transactions initiated by family members are permitted. The organizers are responsible for compliance with their payment contract and take care of all risks related to the transmission of access to the payment method with their family members. A receipt or invoice for each family member transaction is sent to the family member and organizer.
